This project draws on Jacques Rancière's concept of the "sensible" to explore how cultural capital is produced, distributed, and consumed within a shared space. It challenges established patterns by creating a narrative where these processes happen in the same environment. The design features a modular, mixed-use program to accommodate both long-term and short-term residents. One typology combines workshops, shops, and accommodation, forming an open commercial alley where residents can produce and sell products. The other typology offers modular living spaces, creating smaller, open neighborhoods along the sides of the hall.
