Thesis Project
This thesis examines how the modern Greek city reflects post-war societal structures, focusing on property, family, and urban design. Coastal areas, increasingly shaped by urbanization and climate change, are becoming tourist destinations, where rural-urban and local-global dynamics intersect. The work redefines play, not as leisure, but as a force that influences culture and behavior. It explores how play, through elements like water and reflection, creates new spatial relationships and shapes the way we engage with the environment, particularly in coastal regions.
